    With 44 years in construction as either a Carpenter, Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, Director of Construction and now a Consultant I can say with confidence and conviction, this book nails it! Leadership is the missing link on our projects. The technical aspects of our business are important and can learned. But we need leaders who serve the process of building with a greater knowledge of the purpose. Why? Read the book and you will have that question answered.
