Graeme's approach to family finances is no nonsense and straight to the point. He makes the idea of actually paying off our mortgages a reality rather than a pipe dream. If you want to take control of your money this is the only place to start!

Holds a Mirror Up on Govt, Banks and The Rhetoric We’ve All Bought Into
If you think banks are working with you or for you...wrong!!! This is an eye opening book that makes you want to learn more. Have since joined their mentoring program and was able to buy 5 properties in 1 year.. who knew!! Life changing stuff. The best advice is be careful who you pay for advice and know what their agenda is!!

Required Reading for All Aspiring Property Owners
If you have a mortgage this is an extremely valuable book, if you don't have a mortgage it will save you a ton of headaches when the time comes by being aware of the many traps you might fall victim to. It is basically a sales letter promoting Graeme's company's services, but it's written well and authentically, and like all good sales letters it contains plenty of valuable and actionable info.

Definitely Worth to Read
Everyone with little bit of common sense knows that when you get a mortgage you pay a lot of money on interest. Smarter people knows that they should live within their means however not many of us know what can extra $10 a day do with your mortgage, but that is definitely not the biggest value in this book.
The explanation of how to set up your home loan was truly eye opening. I’ve also tested few of my friends who have a mortgage and sure enough they all have the minimum payment for 30 because “that’s the way you need to do it”. I’ve never wanted to pay almost double of what I borrowed but I didn’t know that there is another way. If you have a mortgage or thinking of getting one buying this book is a must. I mean the kindle version is a price of a one cup of coffee so its a no-brainer.
Thank you Graeme and FYI I’ve found your podcast few moths ago eagerly waiting for every new episode since. I wish you long healthy and happy life.
