  • Thank you for your participation in our exciting multi-author project.. I am confident that you're on your way to becoming a number one international Best Selling Author!. Now, it's time to take the next steps. I kindly request you to submit your biography and your completed chapter. Your chapter should be in its final proof, and once we receive it, our dedicated team will perform a light edit and proofread. Following this, we will send you a proof for your review and final approval.To streamline this process and make it as smooth as possible for you, we've designed a tailored course and workflow:

  • What about Editing/Proof Reading? We will check your chapter for any grammar or spelling mistakes and very light edit. You are reasonable in giving us a good-quality final version. We do offer additional editing services if you feel you need more help. We will send you back a formatted proof you will have one round of changes available.

  • Use typically use QR codes for our books, however we use our own QR code internal generator so we can change URLs later and any supplied QR codes will be re-created by us.

  • Within this course, you'll find a dedicated lesson for crafting your biography and a helpful Biography Builder tool to assist you. There are also lessons on writing your chapter; if you need it, we also have book coaching options. Additionally, your book leader would have advised you on a specific submission date for your chapter. If you haven't received this information yet, please get in touch with your book leader for guidance.

  • Once your chapter is ready for submission, you can use the link in the lesson to submit it. We appreciate your commitment to this project and are here to support you every step of the way. Should you have any questions or require assistance at any point in the process, please don't hesitate to contact us via our ticket system.   • You may be wondering "How the Process works?"  Once you submit your final chapter and BIO, our team does a proof read and then we format your chapter as  PDF.  We will send you this "PDF Proof" for signoff and you will have an opportunity to make a round of corrections.  Once that's done we will publish the book and run a best seller campaign. At that stage you will receive your book assets as well as an opportunity get order printed books. If you ordered a custom book option we will also send you final proofs for this.

  • How long will all this take?  Typically about 60 days from the date of receiving all the final chapters and BIO. Book publishig is not a fast process because there is a lot of fiddly work that has to be done and ensured to be correct.

  • How does it work?  We only need 3 things from you:
    • Your BIO which will appear before your chapter
    • Your completed chapter text (max 3,500 words) Unless otherwise agreed
    • A headshot and uploaded images at least 300DPI
    • We will do a proofread and provide a PDF proof of your chapter.

  • How to Get Content Quickly for Your Book. Rapid content creation is about pulling as much ready-made content into your book as possible so that you can focus on the chapters that you haven't spoken or written about before.   • In books we have some "image" rules. Images must be at least 300DPI and high quality suitable for printing. You need to use this format when naming your images "YOURNAME_ShortDescription" Any images without names will be removed. Any images below 300dpi will be removed.

  • If you want an image to appear in your chapter at specific place write [ INSERT IMAGE OF "NAME" HERE] with the name of the image you uploaded

  • Use images that you actually own. DO NOT use images that you have found using Google images unless you know that you can use it based on the copyright license. Because other parties own these images, you are typically not free to use them without permission in your own work. Using images that you don't own without permission to use or modify it is a very easy way to get sued. This applies to images both on the cover and inside the book, and in any other creative project, usually. Getting permission to use images can be very difficult, and copyright holders may ask you to take down the image later anyway, so this is not a very good way of getting images for your cover. Instead, if you want to use images that you didn't create, you can create an account on a stock photo website like Shutterstock and purchase the images there for use in your book. This way, you own the images and you can modify them as you like (unless specified otherwise). Alternatively, you can hire someone to do the images you want for your book though this is naturally more expensive. Use high-quality images, not clip art. If you do want to use images on your cover, don't use clip art that you can find on programs like Word or on some royalty-free clip art site, because it's not very good. You get what you pay for, right? Source your images from a professional stock photo site or hire somebody to do your images for your book specifically if you are really concerned about quality. The impression you are trying to create for your readers is that this book is worth their time. It is very difficult to accomplish this with cheap clip art, so we highly recommend you either create the images in-house or use images from Shutterstock or similar sites.

  • What are the "AI Rules" Artificial intelligence (AI) content (text, images, or translations) When you publish a new book through AMAZON, we require you to inform us of AI-generated content (text, images, or translations). AI-generated images include cover and interior images and artwork. You are not required to disclose AI-assisted content. We distinguish between AI-generated and AI-assisted content as follows: AI-generated: We define AI-generated content as text, images, or translations created by an AI-based tool. If you used an AI-based tool to create the actual content (whether text, images, or translations), it is considered "AI-generated," even if you applied substantial edits afterwards. AI-assisted: If you created the content yourself and used AI-based tools to edit, refine, error-check, or otherwise improve that content (whether text or images), then it is considered "AI-assisted" and not “AI-generated.” Similarly, if you used an AI-based tool to brainstorm and generate ideas, but ultimately created the text or images yourself, this is also considered "AI-assisted" and not “AI-generated.” It is not necessary to inform us of the use of such tools or processes. You are responsible for verifying that all AI-generated and/or AI-assisted content adheres to all content guidelines, including by complying with all applicable intellectual property rights.

  • Can I order physical books at any time is a common question and yes you can. We will provide links once your book is published to order from us at wholesale rates.

  • Do the other 9 authors receive commissions as well? If so, how much? Is the 30% divided into 10 sums of 3% each? We only pay the book leader the royalites for multi-author publishing deals. The other authors do not get paid a royalty.

  • Q: What is the program?

  • Q: Are there direct royalties for authors?
    A: No direct royalties, but the program offers significant potential returns through increased reach and credibility.

  • Q: What if I use the same content in a future book?
    A: You effectively have copyright over your own content and can be easily verified if questioned by a publisher or platform. Duplicate content is fine for books.

  • Q: How long does it take?
    A: Our working plan is to finalise and publish within 90 days of receiving the draft chapters, BIO and images. This is dependent on the speed of submissions and signoffs.

  • Q: Are there options for a custom cover or physical book?
    A: Yes, options include having your face on the cover and an interactive online book version.

  • Q: What if I change my mind after the project starts?
    A. We DO NOT refund once the project officially starts, you can either sell your spot to someone else or be included in a future book. After 12 months your spot expires.
