Best Guide Available! So Smart and Easy to Apply
This is an awe-inspiring guide. Each chapter is written by a subject expert, so it was easy to hone in on what mattered to me.
I am not new to the importance of this subject. I am a licensed functional health provider, specializing in environmental therapies for Mental Health. I consider myself informed on the strategies and rationale for limiting wireless radiation in modern life.
Just today when I was reading Chapter 10 (written by Patrick van der Burght) on Radiation-Free Building) when I found myself creating notes for contractors I hired to install shielding materials in my new Granny Flat. My contractors have no experience in working with these materials! Thankfully, the recommendations were paired with well-organized descriptions and super photos! This chapter is a 'confidence' builder for them and me. The topics covered in Chapter 10 offer readers options to carry out installation (DIY) plans and complete the job themselves in many respects or hire help to install materials. Either way, you'll be informed by the photos and descriptions.
Jason R. King wrote "Chapter 6: Little Things You Can Do Yourself to Reduce EMF at Home". So helpful! My clients don't know where to start, and this chapter explains in simple terms, where and how to start. It is especially clear how to protect your children from EMF Exposure by covering baby monitors, cell phones, and other devices common in our homes that deserve attention. A really good place to start. And, how about steps to evaluate a new property or living space? Jason R King lays it out.

If you are not ready for a professional assessment, Beata Rakowski addresses how to use an Amateur EMF Meter in Chapter 4. She walks you through how to hold them, how to read the levels on the meter,
and how to assess both Electrical fields and Radio frequencies both day and night. I was pleased to find a simple test for my microwave! I was shocked at the distance in which my 'closed' microwave was still affecting me. Wow!

Useful for the novice as well as for the professional in the sector.
I found the chapter written by Samir Derrar particularly useful, which describes very well the approach to the detection and management of electromagnetic fields in homes.
